Recent new clutch and fly wheel fitted.
Rolling road power run 326.3bhp as tested this week 24/9/17.
Having had 20+ Honda conversions over the years this one drives the best to date and is very well mannered to drive ‘around town’. With hard acceleration the supercharger sounds fantastic like a jet and chatters on the over-run at high rpm. The Kaaz LSD can make the tyres scrub a little with parking type manoeuvres but even so it has very little in the way of vibrations associated with normal Honda conversions. The clutch feel and gear change are both perfect. Running the Honda data ECU cold start is as per a standard Civic Type R as well as low down drivability. A pleasure to drive.
Acceleration is ballistic as you would expect from a 326bhp sub 800kg car. We have a video link of it pulling away from a Porsche Cayman GT4 on track. On the road it gets to 70mph in a blink of 3rd gear.
